  • We meet each week. You learn new sleep transformation tools and together we figure out how to best implement them in your routine. We assess what you put into practice from the week before and how your sleep is responding.

  • You put sleep transformation tools into practice.

  • Every day you track your sleep from the night before so we have a record of how your sleep is responding to the treatment program.

Week 1: Welcome and get prepared. Reflect on your sleep history, anchor your motivation, start your sleep diary.

 

Week 2: Shift the body-mind. Understand sleep to help you make good choices. Shift the mindset and implement core behaviors to set you up for good sleep.

 

Week 3: Train the body-mind. Develop mental mastery to support your sleep. Start a fundamental practice to transform your sleep.

 

Week 4: Enhance sleep quality. Initiate two essential sleep transformation practices.

 

Week 5: Generate sleep confidence. Distinguish between sleep quality and sleep quantity. Learn how to allow your body to relax.

 

Week 6: Avoid sleep obstacles. Troubleshoot sleep disturbances and develop a plan to resolve them.

 

Week 7: Develop sleep resilience. Create a sleep sanctuary and avoid factors in your home that are impacting your sleep.

 

Week 8: Maintain your gains. Develop your Sleep Ecology System to guide good sleep for the rest of your life!

“How much time will this take me each day?”

  • The practices you will be implementing may take some extra time, but you will likely be spending less time in bed tossing and turning around. So you may actually find you have extra time in your day!

  • The material sent out to you will take about an hour over the course of the week to read/watch/complete.

“How long will it take for my sleep to get better?”

  • That depends! Some people experience huge shifts within a few weeks of starting the program. Others experience a slow build that continues beyond the 8 weeks of the program.

“How will I get the information I need to follow the program?”

  • You will be enrolled on a secure encrypted platform developed for health coaching. From there you will be receiving new modules each week to provide additional information to what I share with you during our sessions.

“How much will this cost?”

“If I choose a group program, how many people will there be in the group?”

  • The group is a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 6. You still have time to ask your own questions and get individualized attention, however in a group setting. The group provides encouragement and motivation, however, there is more onus on you to sort out the details of how to implement the program in your life.

“What are the benefits of private coaching?”

  • During private coaching, we spend one-on-one time together each week and we focus completely on you and how you are responding to the program. This way, you get a tailored approach adapted to your lifestyle and preferences.

“Can I contact you between meetings?”

  • Yes, the platform you will be enrolled in includes a private messaging service and you can add it as an app on your phone. If you are stuck, you can message me. If you sign up for a group program, you can also communicate with each other.
