I'm Hilary, a holistic Alchemy & Sleep Coach dedicated to guiding purpose-driven individuals back to the restorative power of sleep.
My journey began with personal struggles—nights filled with anxiety, restlessness, and a sense of disconnection. Through exploration and self-compassion, I discovered that sleep isn't something to force; it's something to allow.
This realization led me to develop the Sleep is Yin approach—a gentle, structured path that honors your body's innate rhythms and fosters emotional healing.

I am a cat person
I love cats and feel they express the independent personality that I cherish. When I was a child I was read Ruyard Kipling’s “The Cat Who Walked By Himself” and my father would tell me that I was that cat.

Embracing adventure, I have traveled the world. I care about learning, growing and becoming a more healthy, balanced and kind human being.
I love being outdoors
I also appreciate the mystery of nighttime. I love to watch the sunset over the river near where I live, and then the dwindling light of dusk, shadows darkening, stars appearing.

My Background
A free-spirited bohemian at heart, I disguised myself as a Management Consultant for over 25 years before becoming a full-time coach. I am a transformative coach, educator, and facilitator and have worked all over the world including Japan, Africa, the Middle East, England, and North America.
I now live in my dream home with my husband. I love encountering nature, learning, and helping people discover greater possibilities in life.
